How does it work?
Suppose a customer has changed his mind and returned the laptop or computer to us. Then we no longer label this product as new, but as a second chance product. In other words, he is still an excellent condition, but officially unpacked and used. We inspect and check the device on all vital points. As soon as the device fully meets the quality requirements, we can offer it as a second chance product. We can also offer individual parts such as a keyboard, screen or computer mouse as a second chance product.
For example, it can also happen that we have used devices to test the compatibility with repairs or new hardware, for example. We also call those products second chance of items and we can offer for a competitive price.
Customers can return their product to our store, or send it. See our return policy .
We check the product on scratches, functionality and deletion stored data if necessary.
We then turn the product into a second chance product. We give the product a package for safety.

Do you have a two -chance products a package?
It may be that there is no package, for example because it has been opened by the customer and can no longer be properly closed. In any case, we ensure that the device can always be safe and without damage.
