We regularly hear from clients that they don't need their own laptop, but would like to rent one for a year, for example. Our laptops are excellent quality, include everything you need (temporarily), and we keep the costs low. Tip: we also have projectors available for rent for your unique project!

How does laptop rental work with you?
If you'd like to rent a laptop, please fill in the requested information on this page and pay with iDeal. Once we receive your complete information and payment, we'll deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Are there any additional costs for laptop rental?
When you sign an IT-ForYou agreement, a deposit is required. This amount is paid immediately upon application. If the rental equipment is returned to IT-ForYou in good condition upon termination of the subscription, we will refund your deposit. You can also optionally insure the rental equipment. You can pick up the laptop or projector or have it delivered. In the latter case, you pay the shipping costs for delivery via PostNL or our own courier service.
Does IT-ForYou back up the data on my rented laptop?
No, you are responsible for backing up all your data on our laptops that are available for rental.
Who is laptop rental suitable for?
There are several reasons to rent a laptop. For example, we see that many students need this because they often have one or two (still) studies. But many freelancers find that renting a laptop is not only more affordable but also very convenient for temporary projects, for example.
