Do you have a malfunction? Then our support department helps you by telephone during office hours (8 × 5). We analyze the problem and try to solve it remotely. Is that not possible? Then we immediately arrange a replacement device.

Advanced replacement

Does the Access Point defective be defective? Then we will send a replacement copy or an equivalent alternative within one working day. You can also collect it - in consultation. You have 30 days to return the broken device to us.
