Do you have a malfunction? Then our support department helps you by telephone during office hours (8 × 5). We analyze the problem and try to solve it remotely. Is that not possible? Then we immediately arrange a replacement device.
Advanced replacement
If your router is defective, we'll send you a replacement or an equivalent within one business day. You can also pick it up from us, after consultation. You have 30 days to return the broken device to us.
