Are you experiencing a problem? Our support department will help you by phone during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). We'll analyze the problem and try to resolve it remotely. If that doesn't work, we'll arrange a replacement device right away.
Advanced Replacement
If the access point turns out to be defective, we'll send you a replacement or an equivalent within one business day. You can also pick it up from us (after consultation). You have 30 days to return the broken device to us.
